We start with a discovery call to understand what you're trying to build and why. From there we scope it out properly (architecture, timeline, budget) and give you a clear plan before any code gets written. Once we start, we work in short cycles so you see progress as we go, not just at the end.

Focused development engagements usually take 6 to 10 weeks. Larger platforms, AI integrations and complex applications can run 3 to 6 months or longer. We confirm scope, dependencies and delivery stages before work begins, then work in clear delivery cycles.

Scope changes are normal. We expect them. When something new comes up, we flag the impact on timeline and budget before any work starts, so there are no surprises. Small changes often get absorbed into the current cycle. Larger ones get scoped properly and added as a defined piece of work. Nothing gets built without approval from your side first.

Application Management covers maintenance and updates, incident triage, monitoring and backups, and planned improvements after launch. Support is provided during business hours. Critical issue handling, including any response outside those hours, depends on the agreed contract.

Our application work includes Next.js, React, WordPress and Python. Cloud engineering covers AWS, Google Cloud and Kubernetes. AI projects use the models and integrations that fit the workflow. We assess your existing systems and agree the supported scope before work begins.

Custom Software, DevOps, AI Agent Development and Application Management engagements start from US$3,000 (£3,000). The scope, delivery requirements and support coverage determine the estimate. We agree the commercial terms before work begins.
