Where we process personal data on your behalf, the scope, subprocessors and data flows are documented in the agreement. A DPA can be put in place where required, and data location is agreed during architecture.

Data location is agreed during architecture. If UK or EU region hosting is required, we assess that requirement against the infrastructure, model providers, storage and backup services involved and document what can be guaranteed.
Yes. Where ongoing ownership is needed, we continue with releases, backlog work, monitoring, incident coordination, performance and technical improvement after launch.
